We offer this service to clients that do not require full lift design or project management services, but nevertheless need to ensure that new lift installations are suitable for their intended purpose.
A lift performance specification will vary in detail according to the client’s needs but would typically cover the following:
- Design criteria and outline specification – e.g. product type, drive system, duty load and dimensions, safety systems, lift door and car finishes.
- Building and construction requirements and associated mechanical and electrical services.
- Testing, commissioning and handover criteria.
- Lift maintenance and defects cover following practical completion.
