Once we have sat with you and agreed on the best solution for your needs, we will provide full design and project management services to ensure the product is of the correct design and quality for your project as well as ensuring it is delivered on time and on budget. Our approach is summarised below:

Detailed design

  • Carry out a full design review
  • Produce a technical specification
  • Produce tender and contract documents
  • Produce a tender stage health and safety plan
  • Provide cost estimates

Tender process

  • Provide a list of approved contractors
  • Provide PQQ / OJEC support and co-ordination
  • Issue tender documentation
  • Produce tender analysis and recommendations
  • Prepare contract documents and appoint contractor
  • Define contractual dates of the programme

Project management

  • Provide full CDM principal designer duties as required
  • Check contractors’ drawings and product selection
  • Regular site inspections, client updates and meetings
  • Manage the financial account and issue payment certificates
  • Witness test the completed installation
  • Ensure all outstanding items are completed
  • Check O&M manuals
  • Manage the initial 12 month warranty period
